Buffalo Hot Wings- Grill style

Want to surprise your man with some killer hot wings tonight?
This recipe is super easy and only needs 2 ingredients!!!

First start with some frozen wings. When you are buying these, make sure to get "party wings" which is a selection of drummett's and wings together.

Place them on a cookie sheet lined with tin foil and sprayed with pam. That way you will have virtually NO clean up.
OH YEAH- UH HUH- ALL RIGHT- HERE WE GO.

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees and bake these babies for about 1 hour or until golden brown and slightly crispy as shown below.

Next place the wings in a bowl and toss your tin foil. See what I said? NO clean up :)

Now to your wings add 1/2 cup Franks Red Hot wing sauce. In my opinion, this is THE ONLY hot sauce to buy. I love the flavor it has and guess what? It is 0 fat and 0 calorie. WIN WIN!

Once the hot sauce has evenly coated all your wings, let them sit for about 10-15 minutes to soak up that flavor.

Now go and flip your grill on high heat, and let those little wings get some beautiful grill marks and char. The grill adds sooo much flavor with no extra calories! Make sure and brush on a little more sauce as you grill these. This process is quick, the chicken is already fully cooked so I just let them grill about 10 minutes or so until they become a little drier and crispier on the outside with the grill marks.

{Perfect for Monday night football right?}

I also made a little Raspberry Freezy to go with my wings. This little drink makes a perfect pair with the wings to help combat the heat!

Raspberry Lemon Freezy:
Fill your blender about 1/3 full of ice.
Now add 1 cup raspberries
1/4 cup lemon juice
4 tablespoons of sugar
and 1 cup of water.
Blend up and enjoy!

Thanks for stopping by!

Note: Frank's red hot wings is GLUTEN FREE (I called and made sure) as well as my raspberry freezy.:)
