This morning my Mom called and wanted to take the babies for the afternoon.
I snatched my Man and we went for an adventure.
We ran off to the forest to explore and enjoy the wonder of God's creations.
A simple day, but beauty filled. I just love being out in nature, it is soul food for me!
I had to snap a picture of this decomposing leaf... I knew that Benny boy would love it.
I made Shaun carve our initials on a tree... I suppose we will have to go back and add the kids' names to it.
Shaun tried to pretend he didn't like it, but he did. :)
Today was sweet, and I was reminded just how important it is do date your spouse. To go and laugh and reconnect. It is a must.
