Want to know what treat I have been making lately that I can't keep my hands off of? These delicious layer cookie bars that are full of chewy sweet addictive flavors! I mean, anything with chocolate, butterscotch and a sweet caramel topping can't be bad right?
These are super easy to make, and sure to gobbled up at any party or event you take them to.

Recipe: Luscious Layer Bars
 Recipe source: Betty Crocker

Ingredients:
1 pouch Better Crocker chocolate chip cookie mix
1/2 cup of butter- room temp
1 egg

1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips
1 cup shredded flaked coconut
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)

Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray 13x9 inch pan with pam cooking spray.

In a bowl combine cookie mix, egg and softened butter. Mix until ingredients come together. Press with fingers into 9x13 pan, it may not look like it will cover full pan, but cookie will spread while baking.
Place in the oven for 15 minutes.

Remove cookie (It will be soft) and top with chips, coconut and walnuts. Drizzle condensed milk evenly over top and continue to bake for another 30-35 minutes or until top is golden.
Cool about 2 hours.
Cut into bars and enjoy!

Try to keep your hands off them, I dare you!
